Plascene has specialized in plastic packaging solutions located in California for almost 15 years, we design & manufacture PET and rPET bottles, jars, and containers, and provide packaging for more than 150 customers in the US alone.

Timeline
Company History
2011 California Factory Opened
In 2011, our factory was established as the cornerstone of our operations. Our factory, strategically situated in California, USA, encompasses 54,000 ft² (5,000 square meters). Additionally, our warehouse spans a substantial 90,000 ft². We are continuously expanding our facilities to better serve our growing customer base and enhance our operational capabilities.
2015 Factory Phase One Completed
By 2015, we successfully completed Phase 1, initiating production with four state-of-the-art machinery systems.
2018 Factory Phase Two Completed
Continuing our growth trajectory, we reached a significant milestone in 2018 by finishing Phase 2, expanding to a total of 10 production lines.
2022 Factory Phase Three Completed
The year 2022 marked the completion of Phase 3, with 14 production lines now in full operation. This advancement has significantly bolstered our factory's capacity, enabling us to produce up to 6,000 tons annually, equivalent to approximately 270 million plastic bottles annually.
